Our upstairs bathroom that we always use had a pipe that was leaking into the ceiling and walls of our downstairs bathroom that we rarely use. JB had to break a way in to fix the pipe.
Thankfully we never did anything to the bathroom when we moved in. We painted everywhere else in the house and added new tile to the upstairs bathroom. Now we will redo the downstairs bathroom -- some day. Some day.

I know what you mean by the "someday". We have MANY projects we are planning on... including our downstairs bathroom! Good luck.
